WHAT IS QUEER DINNER CLUB?
Welcome to Queer Dinner Club, where we believe in the transformative power of genuine connections and the joy found in sharing a meal together.

Join us monthly as we gather small groups to forge meaningful bonds over delicious food and lively conversation. We create a welcoming space where individuals from all walks of life can come together, share stories, and build lasting friendships.

Whether you're new to the area, looking to expand your social circle, or simply craving some good company, Queer Dinner Club invites you to join us as we come together to nourish both body and soul. Come hungry, leave fulfilled, and discover the magic of genuine connection.

6:30 - 7pm Cocktail Hour

Guests will start to arrive, get a name tag and their table assignment

Guests will start their tab at the bar with their first drink

7 - 8:30pm Dinner

Each table will have a complimentary appetizer provided

Guests will be seated in groups of 4-6 people with one person being the table host

Food is not required to come out all at once but rather can come out by table

Each person will have an individual ticket

8:30 - 9pm Cocktail Hour

Guests will mingle with the other table guests and start to depart ​

What you can expect from us: ​​​

We will utilize our extensive social media presence, boasting over 8000+ loyal followers, to advertise and market the Dinner Club event. This will help raise awareness for your establishment and attract a larger audience.

A professional photographer will be present to document the night, capturing memorable moments and showcasing the vibrant atmosphere.

We will provide table hosts that will lead conversation and ensure everyone feels heard and is included in the conversation.

Small Pride Flags will be displayed inside the bar, showcasing your support and creating an inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.

Gender-neutral bathroom signs will be provided for the men's (Urinals) and women's (Stalls) bathrooms. This will ensure that transgender and gender-fluid individuals feel welcome and comfortable in the space.

It's important to note that Queer Bar Takeover does not require exclusive access to the venue. Your restaurant can continue to operate as usual, serving your regular customers alongside the Dinner Club event

Utilize your following to market event through email, Facebook, & Instagram

Ensure the presence of a sufficient number of staff to minimize wait times and provide quick service.

Provide 1 free Appetizers per table

Share relevant photos and your brand story with us, which we can utilize for marketing purposes to further promote the event.
Google Business Review
We'll post event photos on social media and rock your Google Business page with an epic review, solidifying your status as the ultimate queer ally! As a bonus, we'll gift you a Progress Pride flag, empowering you to showcase your unwavering support for the queer community year round.
