Art has always been one of the places where queer people have found themselves, found each other, and imagined a better future.

We are thrilled that you're interested in partnering with Queer Arts Club. Together, we can introduce new audiences to your performances while creating meaningful opportunities for queer people to connect through the arts.

What you can expect from us: ​​​​

  • We will utilize our extensive social media presence, boasting over 10K+ loyal followers, along with our weekly email newsletter The Scoop, to advertise and market the event. This will help raise awareness for your production and introduce your organization to new audiences.

  • A photographer will be present to document the evening, capturing memorable moments and showcasing the vibrant atmosphere before the performance.

  • We will provide name tags for all attendees and facilitate introductions to help guests feel welcome and begin building connections before the show.

  • We will manage guest check-in and assist attendees throughout the evening, creating a seamless experience for both your staff and our members.

  • Pride Flags will be prominently displayed at the entrance to the cocktail hour, showcasing your support and creating an inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.

  • Gender-neutral restroom signs will be provided if requested, helping ensure transgender and gender-diverse guests feel welcome and comfortable.

  • Your venue will retain 100% of all food and beverage revenue generated during the pre-show cocktail hour.

  • Queer Arts Club does not require exclusive use of your venue. Your theater can continue normal operations while hosting our members alongside your regular patrons.

  • Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the cocktail hour to set up check-in, signage, and any Queer Arts Club materials.

  • By introducing first-time attendees to your venue through a fun, social experience, our goal is to transform occasional guests into lifelong patrons of your organization.

What we expect of you:​​

  • Handle all ticket sales, exchanges, seating assignments, and other ticketing needs through your standard box office processes. Queer Arts Club will direct members to purchase tickets directly from your organization using designated promo code.

  • Provide a promotional ticket code for 20% off that applies to all ticket levels.

  • Provide a promotional ticket code for 100% off for 6 people (3 organizers, 3 Cohosts) 

  • Make a designated lobby or gathering space available for our hosted cocktail hour approximately two hours before curtain.

  • Ensure your concessions and/or bar is open and appropriately staffed to accommodate guests arriving before the performance.

  • Offer one or more drink specials exclusive to Queer Arts Club attendees.

  • Reserve a seating block whenever feasible so members can enjoy the performance together.

  • Welcome Queer Arts Club guests as you would any valued patrons and help foster an inclusive, affirming environment throughout the evening.

  • Share production photos, logos, and your organization's story so we can effectively market the event to our community.

  • Designate a primary point of contact for our team on the evening of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • If possible, provide a brief welcome or acknowledgment of Queer Arts Club before the performance begins.
