Pink Pony Club Weekend: Three Nights of Chappell Roan Magic at Q Kansas City

Updated: Sep 30

Kansas City is about to be drenched in pink glitter. Chappell Roan, our Midwest Princess, is bringing two sold-out pop-up concerts to town October 3 and 4, and Q Kansas City is going all out with three nights of unapologetic queer joy.

Whether you scored tickets to the shows or not, Q is the place to celebrate. We’re turning Westport into the Pink Pony Club headquarters with drag tributes, costume contests, and nonstop Chappell bangers. Grab your boots, glitter, and pink fits—this is your weekend to live your Midwest Princess dreams out loud.

Thursday, October 2 – Chappell Pre-Party

We’re kicking things off early by transforming Q into Kansas City’s Pink Pony Club. It’s your chance to meet other fans, connect with your concert squad, and dance to wall-to-wall Chappell anthems. This is the perfect way to start your weekend.

Friday, October 3 – Pink Pony Club After-Party

After the big show, keep the energy going at Q. The Glitterati will be serving Chappell drag tributes every 30 minutes starting at 11 p.m., leading up to a massive midnight sing-along. Dress in pink and bring your boldest Chappell-inspired look—you could win $500 in gift cards and bottle service in our costume contest.

Saturday, October 4 – Pink Pony Rodeo After-Party

We’re closing out the weekend with a rodeo twist. Hosted by Q the Drag Queen, the Pink Pony Rodeo is all about cowboy boots, rodeo glam, and Chappell bangers under pink lights. Another $500 costume contest means you’ve got another shot at strutting your stuff and winning big.
