About the event
Chewology is KC’s hot spot for inventive Taiwanese-inspired cuisine. Chef/owner Katie Liu‑Sung, born in Taiwan and raised in Los Angeles, brings authentic heritage and creative street-food sensibility to her Westport space. With shareable dumplings, bao-buns, noodles and more, the vibe is both relaxed and special: perfect for our community gathering. This is our final dinner club of the year, so we’re going big — great food + great company = a memorable evening.
Parking & logistics:
The venue is in the Westport entertainment district (900 Westport Rd).
Street parking is available nearby but can fill up—arrive a bit early if possible.
There are also public parking garages in Westport; look for one within a short walk from Westport Rd.
If you’re using ride-share or public transit, Westport is well-served.
